14 November 2019, staff from across South Australian government joined the third sold out workshop.

Designed to give a general overview of accessibility benefits for the YourSAy website (South Australian Government's community engagement platform).

Presented by Cliff Edwards, Digital Product Manager Websites and Inclusion at the Office for Digital Government, topics included:

• the benefits of plain language for everyone
• easy read - a way of simplifying complex documents for all audiences
• South Australian Government's Online Accessibility Policy and Toolkit
• testing tools and simulators
• support and solutions
